Transfer, Adult Re-entry, Parenting & Pregnant Student Center (TAPP) invites you to help us celebrate our transfer students during National Transfer Student Week.
Transfer Fest is an event which includes student led entertainment, a campus partner resource fair, lunch, and an opportunity to create community with fellow transfer students on campus.
Event Details
- Date: Wednesday, October 23, 2024
- Time: Volunteers needed anytime between 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Event is 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Location: Central Quad Parking will be provided
Some volunteer assignments may include:
- Set up/Clean Up: no heavy lifting required
- Ushers/Event guides: Direct guests to the appropriate programming, answer questions and make sure walkways are not blocked
- Check-in booths: Assist guests with the check-in process, provide event materials and maps, and hand out event giveaways to guests
- Info booths: Direct guests to the appropriate programming, answer questions, and provide event materials and maps
When signing up, please indicate in the NOTES what time you can commit. We ask for a minimum of 2 hours (Options: 9am – 2pm, 9 am-11am, 10am-1pm, 12pm-2:00pm).
