The CSUF Alumni team is looking for alumni who currently work as recruiters or within the hiring process of their company, to help students prepare for the spring career fairs. Students will be invited to practice their elevator pitch, bring their resume for review, practice networking, and to ask questions about the job search process.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Join us for lunch on February 21, 2023 from 11:30am-1:30pm
- Review resumes, listen to elevator pitches, offer professional guidance on the hiring process/job search
Desired Skills, Attributes, Competencies
- 2-3 years of professional experience in recruiting or human resources, OR actively partakes in the hiring process at your company
- Not retired
- Preferred industries: Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Sales, Communication
